You will conduct salary recommendations and internal pay equity analysis while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support salary administration and job evaluation processes
• Conduct market research for compensation strategy development
• Prepare pay equity maintenance files and salary adjustments
• Audit HRMS data for reporting accuracy and completeness
• Assist in labour budget and headcount reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 4+ years of compensation and job evaluation experience
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
• Robust analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
