Key Responsibilities:
• Combat and extinguish fires efficiently in emergencies
• Perform rescue operations, including hazmat and first aid
• Maintain cleanliness and service of fire stations and equipment




• Conduct community fire safety inspections and education
• Operate fire apparatus and manage emergency response

Requirements:
• Minimum Firefighter Level 2 Certificate (NFPA1001)
• High school graduation and one year post-secondary education
• Valid BC Class 3 Driver's License or higher
• Physically fit to pass NFPA 1582 standards
• Clean driving abstract and criminal record check
