About the Study The Stronger at Home study aims to evaluate whether a patient-centred, home-based physiotherapy program can help community-dwelling older adults recover faster and improve functional outcomes after hip fracture. Participants will receive the 14-week intervention and be followed up for up to 12 months after hospital discharge.
