The YPHD Programmer is responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 4-12. You will actively supervise and implement engaging programs that support children’s growth in all areas. The role requires collaboration with families and the broader community to enhance the quality of programming and support each child’s development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement engaging programming for children's development
• Create inclusive indoor and outdoor learning environments




• Use diverse teaching strategies to support children's learning
• Maintain a safe and welcoming setting
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• One year of childcare experience related to the role
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
• Background checks required for candidates 18+ years
