Ideal candidates will hold a Child and Youth Worker Certificate or Social Services Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience. You'll be responsible for ensuring crisis intervention and maintaining communication during shifts. All training, including Protected Management Crisis Intervention Training, is a prerequisite for employment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cover shifts in clinical programs as needed
• Complete required trainings including CPR and SMG
• Support in-person and virtual service delivery
• Notify management of your scheduling availability
• Meet all mandatory health and safety qualifications

Requirements:
• Certificate in Child and Youth Work or similar
• 2-3 years experience working with youth
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and crisis management
• Valid Driver’s License to operate insured vehicle
• Familiarity with Indigenous communities is an asset
