In this critical role, you will lead the testing phase of the Dayforce WFM/HCM implementation. Your responsibilities include building test plans, managing test environments, and defining testing objectives. Your expertise in QA, alongside cooperative work with developers and analysts, will ensure project milestones are met seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop detailed test plans and test cases across Dayforce modules • Lead functional, integration, regression,



and user acceptance testing • Collaborate with business analysts to validate requirements • Manage defects using tools such as Smartsheet • Mentor QA team on best practices in testing

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field • Minimum 3 years in a QA lead role • Solid knowledge of Dayforce WFM/HCM modules • Experience with test management tools • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
