As a Host for Fit4Less, you will play a vital role in enhancing the member experience through cleanliness and service. Your daily responsibilities will focus on maintaining cleanliness standards, interacting positively with members, and supporting their fitness journey. You will also educate guests about memberships, amenities, and automated services available at the club.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards as per outlined guidelines
• Provide friendly customer interaction on the workout floor
• Promote and sell memberships, including black card options
• Assist members with automated services and processes
• Report deficiencies and incidents as per standard protocols
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS training and First Aid/CPR-A certification
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
