RehabilitationAides support therapists in providing care to patients undergoingrehabilitation. They assist with administrative tasks and help maintain a safeand organized treatment workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist therapists inpreparing treatment areas and setting up equipment.
- Help patients with exercisesand therapy activities as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness andorganization of the rehabilitation area.
- Assist with administrativeduties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Monitor patient progress and report findings totherapists.
Requirements
- High school diploma orequivalent; certification in rehabilitation assistance preferred.
- Good communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Ability to followinstructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of rehabilitation practices is aplus.
