Novacap is seeking a Vice President to own the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to post-close value creation. You will lead complex transactions, develop investment theses, and guide senior teams while representing the firm with management, advisors and investors. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage due diligence, and mentor junior colleagues, driving strategic initiatives and portfolio oversight across sectors.
