The successful candidate will help coordinate risk programs, support governance activities, contribute to policy and framework updates, and assist in enhancing risk reporting and monitoring processes. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of enterprise risk management tools, practices, and techniquesCoordinate risk-related programs and initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are metManage team schedules and calendars, including meetings, deadlines, and task coordinationUse technology tools such as dashboards and task management platforms to monitor progress and support accountabilityIdentify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency through technology and workflow enhancementsProvide administrative and organizational support for quarterly executive risk committee activities, including scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up itemsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to support the timely submission and review of committee materialsDevelop an understanding of the organization's operating workplace to support risk identification, assessment, and monitoring activitiesCollaborate across teams to update and maintain risk-related policies, frameworks, and procedures in alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirementsAssist in the development and ongoing enhancement of key risk indicatorsPromote risk awareness and support the continuous improvement of risk management capabilities across the organizationSupport business partners by sharing risk management best practices, including policy and guideline developmentContribute to the enhancement of risk appetite frameworks, including risk exposure metrics,



monitoring approaches, and escalation processesSupport the administration of technology used for signature management on contracts and policiesQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or a related fieldA risk-related designation such as CRM or CRMP is considered an assetAt least 2 years of experience in a related area such as reporting, administration, project coordination, risk management, or policy managementExperience supporting projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders or cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication for different audiencesProficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CopilotFoundational understanding of governance and risk control frameworks, including second line of defense conceptsPrevious experience in the insurance industry is considered an assetRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
