The LCBO is seeking passionate Holiday Customer Service Representatives to work across various retail locations in Ontario. As a key team member, you will enhance your skills through paid online training, prepare to serve customers at the point of sale, and support community initiatives. Your organized approach will ensure an inviting store atmosphere as you assist customers with their beverage needs this festive season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system




• Ask for donations for Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience Surveys
• Receive inventory and replenish stock on shelves
• Maintain a clean and organized store workplace
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Comfortable supporting customers and teammates
• Bilingual (English and French) is a bonus
• Frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs
