Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct move-in and ongoing resident need assessments
• Provide emotional support and guidance for residents




• Assist with advance care planning and resource navigation
• Organize resident and family care conferences
• Ensure adherence to privacy legislation and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Recognized qualification in Social Work or related field
• Registered with the BC College of Social Workers
• Experience in residential care or mental health settings
• Proven teamwork abilities in interdisciplinary environments
• Strong crisis intervention and communication skills
