Role: SAP HCM ECCfunctional working Hybrid on site Toronto, Canada

Duration: 12+ Long Term

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT Discipline; or equivalent experience
- 8-10+ years of consulting experience implementing solutions in SAP HCM ECC (HR/Payroll?Benefits currently on EHP 8.0 environment
- Looking for a background of 2-3 implementations/roll outs/upgrades
- Experience implementing Benefits including configuration of Benefit Plans (Health, Insurance, Savings, Adaptable Spending and Miscellaneous)




- Candidates must have strong working experience/knowledge of PA, OM, and Payroll integration with at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
- Experience facilitating technical assessment workshops
