HHMI is seeking a Director-level payroll leader based at the Chevy Chase, Maryland headquarters with a hybrid work schedule and occasional travel to Janelia Research Campus. You will own payroll end-to-end, redesign processes for a Workday-native solution, and drive AI-enabled efficiency across Finance and People & Culture. A bachelor’s degree is required and 10–15 years in payroll/finance operations is expected.
