Summary

As a Seasonal Concierge, you will welcome clients and provide exceptional service during the holiday season. You will help create memorable in-store experiences while assisting clients with store information, products, services, and inquiries.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and provide an extraordinary level of service.
- Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, resolving client needs professionally.
- Share store, product, service, and local community information and recommendations.
- Process gift cards and provide point-of-sale support.
- Support holiday events and other in-store experiences.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service workplace.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for exceptional client experiences.
- Confidence using technology and computer applications; ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma.
- Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
