VHA Home HealthCare seeks a dedicated RN for the Adult Visiting Program, working bi-weekly weekends. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care for individuals needing specialized nursing services at home. Your role includes administering complex treatments such as wound care and medication management, alongside providing emotional support to clients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and coordinate care planning effectively
• Monitor and evaluate care plan interventions
• Maintain quality patient care in all interactions




• Document standards as per the College of Nurses
• Participate in standby/on-call rotation for emergencies
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN or RN diploma from a recognized institution
• Valid First Aid or CPR Certification
• Experience in acute care or medical-surgical nursing preferred
• Reliable vehicle and Ontario driver’s license required
