IBM's SuccessFactors & HR Talent Technologies practice is growing rapidly, and we're adding team members at multiple levels across Canada. This is primarily a remote role with occasional travel to client sites.
You will design, implement, and integrate HR technology landscapes across platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors HXM, S/4HANA HCM, UKG, and WorkForce Software, while coordinating with offshore configuration teams and mentoring junior staff.
