Your experience in healthcare and strong leadership skills will guide a collaborative team focused on serving the Sioux Lookout Catchment area, including 33 First Nations communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical leadership and management of Pods
• Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals and caregivers
• Monitor work plans and operating budgets




• Develop annual reports aligning with organizational objectives
• Ensure staff training and performance management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in an Allied Health field
• Minimum three years as an Allied Health Skilled
• Two years in leadership and management roles
• Experience with electronic medical records and budgeting
• Must be willing to relocate to Sioux Lookout
