Paladin Security is seeking a skilled Site Portfolio Manager (SPM) to oversee a large security portfolio in Nanaimo. You will lead staff, assign sites, train, manage crises, payroll, discipline, coaching, and relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.
This role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in security, solid leadership, and familiarity with safety and privacy regulations. Occasional travel and a full-time schedule are expected.
