You will support administrative tasks and facilitate interdisciplinary collaborations within a diverse setting. Key responsibilities include managing grant applications, scheduling events, and maintaining communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative coordination to the CES Director and center
• Schedule and organize meetings for committees and affiliates
• Assist in grant applications and monitor submission processes
• Develop and maintain CES program communications
• Plan, coordinate, and support events as per schedule
Requirements:
• High School diploma plus two-year post-secondary diploma
• Four years of related experience or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
• Experience in program administration and customer service
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
You will be pivotal in supporting the CES’s dynamic research environment at UBC.
