At Nu-Fab, a leader in engineered wood products, we seek a reliable Labourer committed to quality craftsmanship. You will work under a Team Leader, following instructions and assembling trusses per pre-engineered drawings. Prior experience in truss building is a plus, but we are ready to train positive, willing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Team Leader for workstation setup
- Assemble trusses according to company guidelines
- Inspect materials and report issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly

Requirements:

- Preferred experience as a truss builder
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Strong communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn current skills and processes
