Join Soulful Healing: Massage Therapy & Wellness Practitioner Opportunities

Located on Pitt Street in Cornwall, Ontario, Soulful Healing is a counselling and psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing clients with a warm, welcoming and supportive environment. As we grow, we are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or another qualified complementary wellness practitioner to join our psychotherapy and wellness setting as an independent contractor.

This is an prospect for a compassionate, client-centred practitioner to establish or grow their practice within a supportive professional setting.

The Opportunity

We offer:

- Part-time or full-time availability, with days and hours discussed individually
- Percentage-based compensation, with specific details discussed individually
- A dedicated treatment room
- Utilities and internet provided
- Booking, appointment reminders and payment support through the practice
- Reception support during scheduled receptionist hours
- Opportunities for professional collaboration and appropriate cross-referrals
- A welcoming environment where practitioners can develop and grow their practice
- Free on-site parking

Who we are looking for

We welcome applications from practitioners who:

- Have appropriate education, training and professional qualifications




- Maintain current professional registration where applicable
- RMT applicants must be registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Carry professional liability insurance
- Have a compassionate, client-centred approach
- Are committed to maintaining their own clinical documentation
- Practise within their skilled scope and regulatory requirements

Independent Contractor or Room Rental

The primary opportunity is for practitioners interested in joining Soulful Healing as an independent contractor.

A room rental arrangement may also be considered for practitioners who prefer this model.
