Be the first voice a prospective student hears — and the reason they choose MCG. You’ll guide prospective students through our programs, answer their questions, support their decision, and set them up for success from day one.
What you’ll do
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and in-person walk-ins with speed and care
- Conduct campus tours and program information sessions for prospective students and families
- Guide applicants through the enrollment process from inquiry to registration
- Maintain accurate records in the student information system
- Follow up with prospective students at key decision points in their journey
- Collaborate with Program Directors to stay current on program details and outcomes
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a customer-facing, sales, or advisory role
- Exceptional communication skills — you are warm, clear, and persuasive
- Comfortable working toward enrollment or conversion targets
- Strong organization and CRM or database proficiency
- Eligible to work in Canada
Nice to have
- Experience in post-secondary admissions or education sales
- Second language (French, Tagalog, or other) is an asset
- Familiarity with Alberta’s workforce landscape and vocational training sector
