Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and safety-conscious AZ Driver to join our Fountain Food and Beverages team at our Hamilton Distribution Center. This role is responsible for the safe and timely transportation and delivery of food and beverage products while ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, food safety, GMP, and company health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate company commercial vehicles in accordance with applicable transportation regulations and company requirements.
- Transport and deliver food and beverage products to designated locations safely, accurately, and on schedule.
- Conduct and document required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Complete driver logs, inspection reports, delivery documents, and other transportation records accurately.
- Inspect loads before departure and ensure products are properly secured for transportation.
- Maintain required product temperatures and follow applicable temperature-control procedures during transportation and delivery.
- Maintain vehicle and trailer cleanliness in accordance with GMP and company food safety requirements.
- Protect products from contamination, damage, and temperature-related risks during transportation and delivery.
- Follow GMP and company food safety procedures.
- Follow all company health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices, including the proper use of required PPE.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, delivery issues, food safety concerns, hazards, and damaged products immediately.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers, warehouse employees, and other team members.

Skills

- Valid Ontario AZ Driver’s Licence.
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable AZ commercial driving experience.
- Clear driver’s abstract.
- Must provide a Heavy Vehicle Experience Letter / Letter of Experience from an insurance company.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle safety and safe driving practices.
- Food,



beverage, dairy, refrigerated, or temperature-controlled transportation experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with GMP and food safety requirements is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to complete required driving and delivery records accurately.
- Available to work occasional weekends and overtime as required.
