Job Summary The Busser is responsible for assisting the server in ensuring timely and professional service to our guests.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Wiping down all tables with a clean cloth and setting and/or resetting all tables.
- Ensuring dirty dishes are taken to the dish area and sorting them as required.
- Ensuring clean dishes are placed in the proper stations.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant and assisting the server in maintaining clean tables.
- Emptying garbage and recyclables.
- Ensuring the serving area is clean and tidy.
- Having knowledge of the menus and specials and responds to guest inquiries when asked.
- Assisting in other Food & Beverage outlets as assigned.
- Assisting the servers with table service as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work as a team.
- Must be able to work a Minimum of 4+ days a week




- Flexible schedule to include weekdays weekends and holidays
- Proven experience in cleaning, food service, or restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues as needed
