WE’RE HIRING | CABINET ASSEMBLER

Dream House Improvement is expanding our production team, and we are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Cabinet Assembler to join us on a full-time basis at our facility in Concord, Ontario.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble custom cabinets and components according to drawings, measurements, and specifications

Accurately read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions

Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools

Install hinges, drawer systems, handles, and other cabinet hardware

Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper fit and finish

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting

Collaborate with the production team to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines

Qualifications

Previous experience in cabinet assembly, millwork, woodworking, or cabinet manufacturing is preferred





Proficiency with hand and power tools

Ability to accurately read measurements and follow drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment
