The Position:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our busy custom architectural millwork manufacturing facility.

As a CNC Operator, your strong knowledge of CNC machinery and attention to detail will ensure the accurate and efficient production of high-quality wood components. You appreciate the precision, consistency, and systematic approach required to achieve quality results, while embracing our company values.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC woodworking machinery.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications.
- Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as required.




- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting, reporting safety, quality, or production concerns.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machinery, preferably in a woodworking workplace.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Intermediate computer skills; familiarity with CNC programming is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious committed to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.50-$31.00 per hour
