Nous recherchons un Comptable organisé analytique et rigoureux afin de se joindre à notre équipe et de contribuer à la gestion efficace de nos activités comptables et financières.

Responsabilités principales en tant que comptable

- Préparer et analyser les états financiers.
- Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et d’inventaire.
- Gérer la trésorerie et les flux de trésorerie.
- Effectuer les écritures comptables et analyses de comptes.
- Assurer les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
- Préparer les dossiers d’audit et de vérification.
- Préparer les remises gouvernementales et taxes (DAS, TPS/TVQ).
- Préparer les déclarations IFTA Canada–États-Unis.
- Effectuer le suivi et l’analyse des stocks.
- Participer à l’amélioration des processus et aux projets financiers.

Exigences pour le poste de Comptable

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité.
- Solide connaissance des principes comptables et de l’analyse des coûts.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.




- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et expérience avec un système ERP, idéalement SAP.
- Bonne connaissance de la gestion des inventaires et des processus de production.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais, oral et écrit). L’anglais est requis afin de répondre efficacement aux besoins de nos clients aux États-Unis.

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and contribute to the effective management of our accounting and financial activities.

Main Responsibilities as an Accountant

- Prepare and analyze financial statements reports
- Perform bank and inventory reconciliations
- Manage cash and cash flow
- Prepare journal entries and perform account analysis
- Manage monthly and annual financial closings
- Prepare audit and review files
- Prepare government remittances and tax filings (DAS, GST/QST)
- Prepare IFTA filings for Canada and the United States
- Monitor and analyze inventory
- Participate in process improvements and financial projects

Requirements for the Accountant Position

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of inventory management and production processes.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written. English is required to effectively meet the needs of our clients in the United States.
