Duties

- Perform general labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and cleaning to support ongoing construction activities
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by sweeping, trash removal, and organizing tools and materials
- Support safety protocols by ensuring work zones are tidy and hazards are minimized
- Follow instructions from site supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely
- Conduct routine inspections of site cleanliness and report any safety concerns immediately

Experience





- Previous experience in construction or general labour roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and a positive attitude towards learning new skills
