Entro is advancing our legacy of leadership in branding, wayfinding, and experiential design. Marketing accelerates that mandate – building awareness and trust with clients, staff, and partners, and activating the value of their investment in Entro. The Content Producer creates and manages clear, engaging, and beautiful content across Entro’s digital platforms. Working with the same design rigor our creative teams bring to client work, this role amplifies Entro’s brand, perspective, and leadership. You are a digital storyteller — translating Entro’s work, thinking, and impact into content that drives engagement and supports growth.

This role is focused on marketing and business development — not proposals. The connection to proposals is brand stewardship: you own the templates, run periodic reviews of outgoing submissions, and ensure everything in the market is on-brand and up to date.

Content Development

- Contribute to content strategies that generate brand awareness, trust, and qualified leads.
- Create short-form video, infographics, and social-ready content.
- Repurpose long-form content into clips and variations across social channels.
- Draft and edit web, campaign, and short-form content with strong attention to design, grammar, and consistency.
- Support the creation of marketing and business-development collateral within established brand guidelines.
- Bring photography and video-production skills (considered an asset).

Digital Marketing
- Manage Entro’s social media channels and website to grow engagement and measure performance.
- Write, schedule, and publish social posts and blog content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Maintain on-page SEO best practices – titles, meta descriptions,

headings, alt text, and internal links.
- Update website content, including news, case studies, and blogs.
- Build, schedule, and send segmented email campaigns and newsletters.
- Use CRM tools to support marketing and business-development activity.

Brand Stewardship & Sales Enablement
- Act as a brand steward (“brand police”): build and maintain templates, review proposal submissions periodically, and ensure all material in the market is consistent and current.
- Collect material internally – project stories, milestones, awards, photography and produce external-facing assets from it (collateral, social, case studies).
- Identify opportunities for industry engagement that support sales enablement and growth.

Coordination
- Coordinate photography with Creative Directors.Keep marketing materials and project documentation organized, current, and properly filed.
- Conduct research to support content development and industry engagement.
- Support coordination of sponsorships and industry-engagement initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators: This role carries clearly defined annual sales and business development targets. Performance is measured against:

1. Revenue growth – marketing’s contribution to the pipeline and to won work.
2. Online engagement – growth in LinkedIn followership (target ~40%),

plus engagement across social and website traffic.
3. Lead generation – qualified leads generated via online sources, tracked through to BD.
4. Content output and consistency – publishing cadence maintained across channels.
5. Brand consistency – templates current and outgoing material reviewed and on-brand.
6. Email performance – list growth, open and click-through rates on campaigns and newsletters.

What You’ll Bring

- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (internships and co-ops count).
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and content-scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, WordPress, and email-marketing platforms.
- Understanding of SEO principles and website content management.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics, social insights).
- Interest in design, architecture, or the built workplace (an asset).
- A portfolio or samples of writing, social content, or creative work.

Core Values The individual in this role won’t just hit targets they’ll embody how we work:
