Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers
- Telephone inquiries
- E-mail inquiries
- Sourcing of non-stock products
- Working together with fellow team members
- Filling orders
- Restocking shelves
- General housekeeping

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 high school diploma required; some post-secondary preferred
- Two (2) years of recent related experience (e.g., counter sales, technical knowledge of electronics, and the electrical industry)
- Proven customer service and support skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptive problem-solving skills and the ability to offer immediate solutions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Well-developed organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly while working under pressure
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good depth of understanding of internet search engines.
- Ability to operate related equipment
