Evening Cook you will be an important member of a a team that strives to meet the high standards our clientele expects, each and every shift.

Your Job

-Responsible for preparing food to menu specifications

-controlling food waste in your section

-report directly to executive chef

-will work multiple sections, from a la carte to tasting menus

-maintaining a clean and organized working environment

You

-have a passion for culinary arts

-have a minimum of two years experience in a qualified kitchen at a similar capacity

-are punctual and have a reliable mode of transportation

-have a team oriented work mentality but are also self driven

compensation will be based on experience and merit, applications may require a working interview to determine wage and position.
