What Your Days Will Look Like

- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers
- Support travellers with special needs, including mobility, hearing, or visual assistance
- Guide passengers through the screening process when needed
- Clearly explain screening procedures and available options
- Assist passengers with personal belongings, medical devices, and sensitive items




- Provide communication tools adapted to visually impaired passengers
- Collaborate closely with screening officers and airport stakeholders
- Proactively identify passengers who may require additional support
- Stay informed on accessibility initiatives, including the Sunflower Lanyard program

What We're Looking For

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required to effectively serve an international clientele
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to assist passengers with reduced mobility
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work on-site at YUL in Montreal
- No artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used in the screening, assessment, or selection of candidates for this position.
