Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and organizing.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff.
- Follow established safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Adhere to all health and hygiene regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and team members.




- Support team efforts during special events or peak times by assisting with additional cleaning or setup tasks as needed.

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry or hotels.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning practices for larger facilities.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Exceptional reliability with a positive attitude committed to delivering outstanding service.
