As a Program Director, you will play a crucial role in managing key highway design projects for Parsons in the GTA. The position requires strategic oversight of multidisciplinary teams ensuring quality project delivery and performance for the Ministry of Transportation. Your background in large-scale design build initiatives will be instrumental in guiding our civil design team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct civil design team efforts for MTO highway initiatives • Manage significant interchange modifications and highway widenings • Cultivate partnerships with MTO to explore recent project opportunities • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in designs • Lead from project initiation through to delivery and evaluation
Requirements: • Engineering degree and P.Eng. designation • 15+ years of experience with MTO projects • Significant hands-on project management experience • Successful background leading multidisciplinary teams • Expertise in MTO Environmental Assessment projects preferred
