We’re seeking a Project Cost Controller to joint our dynamic team and continue to grow the Project Controls team at ServcoCanada! This position is demanding, but highly rewarding.

As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include:

- Monitor and control project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Prepare accurate project reports, billings, and cost analyses.
- Support project setup, cost tracking, and change management processes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, clients, and accounting teams.
- Review invoices, purchase orders, subcontract costs, and payment applications.
- Identify cost variances, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Other duties as assigned.

The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:



· Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to demonstrate long-term work authorization.

· Post-secondary education in Accounting, Project Management, Business, or a related field.

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with accounting or project cost control software is an asset.

· Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

· Solid communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability and willingness to travel periodically to project sites, client locations, and company offices

· Own transportation is required

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
