Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new business and supporting existing customers for Helyx’s platform. Day-to-day work includes identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via phone, email, and online meetings, and presenting product demonstrations tailored to trucking and oilfield clients.

Associate will guide prospective customers through the sales cycle, prepare proposals, manage follow-ups, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that expand Helyx’s presence in Western Canada and beyond.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship-building, ideally in B2B or SaaS sales.
- Ability to conduct persuasive product presentations, explain technical features in clear terms, and handle objections with confidence.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, managing pipelines, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
- Comfort with remote work technologies, including video conferencing, digital collaboration tools, and online scheduling.
- Knowledge of or interest in trucking, oilfield services, logistics, or construction industries is highly beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote, fast-paced setting.
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is an asset, or equivalent practical experience.
