About the Role

Popeye’s Supplements Ajax is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. If you're passionate about health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals, this is your opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive retail environment.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Popeye’s Supplements; welcoming customers, offering expert product guidance, and ensuring a positive, knowledgeable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate supplements and wellness products
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in fitness, nutrition, and sports supplements
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately
- Restock inventory, which may involve climbing ladders up to 12 feet
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and team performance metrics
- Conduct regular inventory audits

What We’re Looking For

- Robust interest or background in sports nutrition, health or fitness, through personal experience or education
- Retail or customer service experience preferred




- Comfortable with basic physical tasks such as lifting and ladder use for restocking
- Fluent in spoken English to communicate effectively with customers
- Energetic, team-oriented, and reliable
- Open to learning and growing with the company
- Availability to work regular store hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: From $17.60 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week

- Are you comfortable climbing ladders up to 12 feet to assist with restocking?
- Are you available weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends? Able to work various shifts during regular store hours (Mon-Fri between the hours of 2:00pm-7:30pm, Sat-Sun 9:30am-5:30pm)

Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Sports nutrition: 1 year (preferred)
