- $120,000–$160,000 base, potentially higher depending on experience

Requirements
- Senior Mechanical Engineer, ideally not purely site-based
- Experience with underground shaft sinking projects strongly preferred (though hard to find)
- Consulting engineering background (e.g., Stantec-type experience) would be a good fit
- Comfortable with design engineering work, plus occasional site visits
- Able to work on hoist systems and shaft sinking design
- Solid underground engineering expertise at the senior level is critical
- Will interact with a variety of disciplines across a ~60-engineer team, with much of the work driven by the structural team
- Involves meetings with clients and vendors to source equipment/services as needed
- Work will include study work for new clients, upcoming projects the company hopes to be awarded, and existing EPC projects (e.g., in Sudbury)
