We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members. Duties
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Train, mentor, and manage team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and POS operations.
- Assist in interviewing and onboarding new staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with proven ability to lead a team effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
