Witten LLP is currently seeking an experienced and motivated lawyer to join our solicitor group working in the areas of corporate and commercial law, and commercial real estate and property development.

As a member of this group, you will work on a broad range of transactions including the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of various real estate projects, including commercial, industrial, retail, and condominium buildings.

What we are looking for

- A minimum of 4 years of related experience, but we would be pleased to receive applications from other levels of experienced candidates.
- Ability to execute and advise on corporate/commercial transactions as well as transactions in respect of commercial real estate and property development.
- A member in good standing with current, active membership with a Canadian Law Society, preferably Alberta.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment,



manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
- Desire to build robust client relationships.
- Responsive, resourceful, practical and diplomatic problem solver.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
