Responsibilities

- Assist classroom teachers in implementing curriculum plans tailored to student’s unique needs and interests.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with various abilities, ensuring they can participate fully in classroom activities.
- Use effective communication techniques to facilitate understanding and interaction.
- Support students with various learning challenges by adapting instructional materials and activities.
- Promote positive behavior management strategies and assist in maintaining a safe, respectful classroom environment.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust support strategies accordingly.
- Engage students through creative teaching methods and encourage social interaction to foster confidence and independence.





Skills

- Proven classroom experience working with children, particularly those with special education needs or disabilities.
- Solid communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- Experience working with individuals with various abilities or special education programs is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of early childhood education principles and developmental milestones.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learning styles and challenges.
- Passion for supporting children’s growth and creating an inclusive learning environment.
