The BIPOC Foundation is seeking a Studio Engineer to enhance its audio production capabilities by developing a streamlined workflow for its studio operations. The project will focus on creating productive systems that can be easily implemented by the foundation's team.

The successful applicant will apply classroom knowledge of audio engineering to optimize recording, mixing, and mastering processes. The project will involve analyzing current studio processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing a workflow plan, and implementing and testing the new workflow in a studio setting.

Key responsibilities include:

- Analyze current studio processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop a workflow plan for recording, mixing, and mastering.
- Implement and test the new workflow in a studio setting.




- Provide training materials for the foundation's team.

Project deliverables include:

- Workflow analysis report
- Workflow implementation plan
- Training materials for studio staff
- Feedback and evaluation report
