Shape the Vancouver School Board's facilities management strategy as a Manager in Facilities Maintenance. Lead the technical services for plumbing, heating, and overall infrastructure. As a key leader in the Vancouver School Board, this position will guide the maintenance and operational oversight of the District’s mechanical systems.

Working under the Senior Manager, you will manage a team ensuring that safety and efficiency are prioritized in all initiatives. Your strategic oversight will ensure the reliable performance of facilities supporting education and community services. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct maintenance, repair, and operational strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety practices




- Lead capacity development for workforce and technical staff
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement capital planning and project oversight Requirements:
- At least seven years in facilities maintenance
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience
