The Warehouse Operator within a 3PL warehouse environment handling liquor, alcohol, and bottled goods is responsible for bulk stacking, loading, and unloading product within a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting. This role requires safe and efficient forklift operation, accurate use of scanning technology to build loads, and careful handling of fragile bottled goods to minimize breakage and damage. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity while working to established KPIs and production schedules.

Shifts Available:

Day Shift:

- Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Tuesday – Saturday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Sunday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Afternoon Shift:

- Monday – Friday: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- Tuesday – Saturday: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- Sunday – Thursday: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- Wednesday - Sunday: 3:00pm-11:30pm

Night Shift:

- Sunday – Thursday: 11:00pm – 7:30am
- Tuesday – Saturday: 11:00pm – 7:30am

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to bulk stack, load, and unload product
- Build loads correctly and accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management system (WMS) tools.
- Handle fragile bottled goods (glass and liquid products) with care to minimize breakage, damage, and product loss.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or material issues to a supervisor promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and Company policies,



including safe handling practices for glass and liquid products.
- Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate records of all inventory-related activities.
- Work within tight deadlines and high-volume operational demands while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Meet or exceed established production schedules and measurable KPI targets.
- Use WMS reporting and spreadsheets to track, analyze, and communicate performance data.
- Lift and move boxes/product up to 50 lbs as required.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years operating a forklift safely and efficiently to bulk stack, load, and unload product.
- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience handling alcohol, beverages, or other fragile/high-value goods is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience working to production schedules and measurable KPI targets in a high-volume environment.
- Experience operating an RF Scanner is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- High attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to lift and move product up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, lift and move for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Warehouse environment; exposure to variable temperatures, noise, and dust
- Frequent lifting, bending, and repetitive motion




- Use of powered industrial equipment (forklift, power jack) in a high-traffic environment

Working Conditions: The work setting is primarily a warehouse environment, and office environment. Using computers, other office equipment, RF Scan Guns, MHE equipment and working variable hours or overtime may be required.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires physical effort that includes periods of prolonged sitting, walking, standing, carrying, pushing, pulling, lifting, balancing and use of ladders and MHE equipment. The role may involve outside environments which includes uneven terrain, snow, rain, heat, cold, and icy conditions. Inside conditions may include dust and noise. Limited travel may be required.
