Join Hillberg & Berk as a Seasonal Fulfillment Coordinator, ensuring orders are prepared and shipped with the utmost care during the festive rush. This role runs from November 12th to December 29th with 25-40 hours weekly.
Your role as a Seasonal Coordinator at our Distribution Centre in Regina is crucial for our busiest period. You will collaborate with the Distribution Centre team to assemble and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Additionally, you will assist in inventory preparation for retail locations nationally and support our Marketing team by shipping critical materials. Your attention to detail will be essential in making sure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and assemble customer orders promptly




• Ship products efficiently to retail locations
• Manage inventory preparations for store needs
• Assist Marketing in timely deliveries of campaign materials
• Maintain high standards of order accuracy
Requirements:
• High school diploma needed
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Robust time management skills mandatory
• Ability to safely lift 45 pounds
• Capacity for extended standing or walking
