Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • Completion of a Practical Nurse Program and RN certification • At least three years in healthcare, two in LTC focused on behavior • Strong knowledge of legislative and organizational policies • Proven skills in communication and mentorship • Flexibility for travel and off-hours work
