production support and incident resolution . Ability to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
Develop, enhance,
and maintain Tandem/Mainframe applications. Analyze business and technical requirements. Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver application changes. Prepare technical documentation and support application releases. Preferred
Experience working in
Banking / Financial Services
is a plus. Experience with
Tandem-to-Mainframe or Mainframe-to-Tandem integration/migration
is preferred. Experience with batch processing and production support is an advantage.
