The Creative Manager leads the visual direction of Sun Peaks Resort and Sun Peaks Grand, shaping how one of Canada’s leading mountain destinations comes to life across every season and guest touchpoint. This is a hands-on creative leadership role with plenty of variety and influence. You’ll lead and develop two direct reports, set the visual direction for major campaigns, provide creative direction for photography and video, collaborate with agency and freelance partners, and stay actively involved in design and creative production. The role is well suited to someone who has built broad creative experience, whether inhouse, at an agency or through leading a creative practice of their own. Your work will span the full Sun Peaks experience, from destination campaigns and digital advertising to print, signage, photography, video and creative throughout the resort. With skiing, mountain biking, golf, events, hospitality and year-round experiences in the mix, no two projects are quite the same. Curiosity will serve you well here. Compensation Information: $80,000 per annum Physical Requirement: Medium; work activities involvehandling loads up to 20kg; both in an indoor and outdoor setting.
