Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and execute care plans for participants
• Administer medications and respond to PRNs




• Support participants during difficult situations
• Perform daily tasks including meal preparation
• Collaborate with the clinical team for optimal care
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in related roles
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid First Aid CPR Certification
• Solid English communication skills
• Vehicle with necessary insurance qualifications
